Synopsis:
Nae Morisogae Chiugae (A Moment to Remember),'' one of the latest tear-jerkers playing nationwide, a 27-year-old young woman named Su-jin is diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease (AD) after marrying a carpenter who works for her father's company. Starring the popular and attractive Son Ye-jin as the young woman and the equally popular Jeong Woo-sung as the carpenter, the film is built on the premise that it is possible for someone so young to become stricken with an ``old person's disease'' like AD.
Familial Alzheimer's is extremely rare and may occur among those aged 30-60 years. But, as the name implies, it is hereditary. And although the youngest documented case was 28 years old, for Son Ye-jin's character in ``A Moment to Remember'' to have come down with this form of dementia at the tender age of 27 is about as likely as her CEO father allowing her to marry a carpenter.
While both late-onset and familial AD are progressive illnesses that may last for up to 20 years or so, slowly developing from simple forgetfulness and mild depression, to full-blown loss of recognition and almost complete dependence on others for all daily tasks, familial AD, may also progress very quickly, with sufferers dying within a year. So it looks like Su-jin may just be one of the unluckiest people in the world.

The Skinny:
Loaded melodrama is glossy, yet well-told and engaging. However, after about ninety minutes the inconsistencies, implausibilities, and saccharine conceits start piling up. This film does prove to be memorable, but your reasons—and your mileage—could vary.

Opinion:
One of my fave korean movie. This is so great. I cried a bunch in here.d**n! I love all the casts and the story line too. Son Ye Jin is so pretty. I really love the way she acts and they look together. They have great chemistry.
The Scenes I LOVE:
.Su-jin (Son Ye-jin) is always chasing Chul-su (Jung Woo-sung), they look cute.
.Su-jin grabbed Chul-su's softdrink at the store.
.They kissed after Chul-su gave Su-jin the soju and she drinks it.
.Everytime Chul-su does his card trick.. *-*
.The Wedding!!!
.Chul-su teaches Su-jin the baseball at the baseball batting range.
.When Chul-su found out that Su-jin has an Alzheimer's Disease.
.They have a conversation about Su-jin's illness at the baseball batting range and they were both crying. how sweet.. I cried in this scene.
.Chul-su posted post-its, so that Su-jin can remember all things in their house.
.When Su-jin made a letter for Chul-su before she left him :'c
.Chul-su visited her in the hospital (i think so, not so sure if that is a hospital) and she remembered something from the smell of Chul-su!! (^_^)
